As a pivotal accelerator of the company's mission to become the leading auction platform in Europe, TBA is looking to strengthen the team with a Program Manager.

Our Program Management Experts lead our international auction brands through business transformations by implementing our Atlas product to bring value and drive growth.

They serve as the contact for Senior Product Managers, Brand Leaders, the Executive Team, and more.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies for transitioning brands onto Atlas, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.
  • Program Management: Oversee the entire transition program, coordinating efforts across multiple workstreams including marketing, product development, seller engagement, migration, training, and communication.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the transition process, including sellers, buyers, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Workflow Management: Design and manage workflows to streamline the transition process, optimizing efficiency and minimizing disruptions to business operations.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with the transition and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the progress of the transition program, regularly monitoring and reporting on performance against targets.
  • Issue Resolution: Address any issues or obstacles encountered during the transition, collaborating with relevant teams to find timely and effective solutions.
  • Change Management: Implement change management processes to facilitate smooth adoption of Atlas across the organization, providing support and resources to facilitate a positive transition experience for all stakeholders.
  • Training and Development: Develop training programs and materials to equip internal teams and sellers with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully navigate the transition to Atlas.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the transition process, gathering feedback from stakeholders and implementing changes as needed to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's (HBO) or Master's (WO) degree in a relevant field such as business, management, or technology.
  • Certification in Prince2 or a Black Belt is required.
  • Proficient in Agile way of working, with a strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in areas such as change management, project management, and program management.
  • Prior experience working in tech companies, particularly in roles involving the management of transitions, projects, or programs.
  • Strong orientation towards service delivery and customer satisfaction, with a focus on delivering value to internal and external stakeholders.
