The Team

Talent Acquisition acts as an internal agency partnering with the business to find the best talent internally or within the external market. Talent Acquisition works across all open positions within PVH Europe, Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein Europe. The team is based in Amsterdam but continues to bring talent from across the globe.

Position Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will collaborate with Hiring Managers in a defined business area, responsible for implementing best practices, sourcing, recruiting top talent and bring the recruitment strategy into open & pending positions. As an expert in the field the TA Partner uses deep knowledge and external insights to build candidate pipelines and fulfil workforce requirements.

You'll be super hands-on when it comes to sourcing, interviewing and hiring for roles at all levels , making sure that our recruitment strategy supports the wider business needs and that we build a truly diverse and inclusive workplace .

Position Responsibilities:

• Act as a partner with Hiring Managers across our divisional teams for TH or CK. Our divisional team create all our apparel across, mens, womens, runway, kids, footwear, accessories, underwear, swim & sport performance wear. In these defined business areas you manage all recruitment activities across attraction, selection and onboarding.
• You must have proven experience working on either merchandising, product development or design roles.
• Use your market insights and data to shape, support & improve our TA strategy enabling the business to attract recruit and retain top talent.
• Provide expert and data driven advice to Hiring Managers sharing best practice insights throughout the hiring process and beyond
• Uses market knowledge to drive competitive screening of applicants and ensure quality applications are received
• Advise Hiring Managers on their Talent Acquisition needs as well as appropriate sourcing channels
• Responsible for prescreening candidates and increasing conversion rates through recruitment funnel
• Collaborate with other CoE's, & the business to execute TA initiatives to increase diversity and enhance representation across our workforce
• Design and consult Hiring Manager on appropriate assessment tools and techniques to increase quality of hire
• Execute proactive recruitment initiatives; sourcing, referrals and evergreen positions to build talent pipelines
• Work with TA Manager to educate and execrution objective based selection practices when recruiting for senior leaders
• Use Workday (ATS) to drive automation and a digital user experience across stakeholders; ensure data to continuously improve your work and process compliancy across users (thereby enabling accurate reporting and insights)
• Enable internal careers to adopt an internal priority for external hiring, sourcing associates based on skills against open positions for significant growth areas increasing use of internal equity
• Deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder journey through the hiring process
• Supports attraction and planning for future talent cyclical activities
• Active team member in the recruitment of contractors within Product, Creative or Omnichannel area
• Support Employer Experience and HRBP's ensuring appropriate skills matching to jobs for reintegration and redeployment cases
• Where capacity allows support with wider HR projects

Requirements:

• 4-7 years experience and specialist knowledge in Talent Acquisition / recruitment
• You have a proven track record in a fast-paced international recruitment, preferably within either creative, product or omnichannel recruitment specialism
• Experience of end to end Talent Acquisition process specifically sourcing and selection
• A strong motivation to stay abreast of emerging market and talent recruitment trends, as well as a high degree of integrity
• Your flexible, empathic and professional attitude helps you to engage with hiring managers and candidates alike.
• Strong communication skills able to partner, drive and consult with Hiring Managers at all levels when hiring
• Experience of sourcing candidates through different channels i.e. LinkedIn or talent communities
• High degree of self-management, autonomy & proactive attitude
• You see the big picture and proactively bring ideas to continuously improve
• Advanced knowledge of recruitment system and / or tools
