Within the Corporate Talent Acquisition team we work with 20+ colleagues on our purpose 'Nourishing by Nature' and of course hire great talent.

-Wat we vragen

Master's degree or Bachelor, preferably Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or HR;
At least 24 years of relevant experience as a Corporate Recruiter or Consultant at a recruitment agency / temp agency;
Strong stakeholder management skills;
Data driven talent approach
Resultoriented and enterprising;
Proven track record in using social media and flexible in adapting it to optimize sourcing strategies;
Team player, focus on continuous improvement, flexible, curious by nature;
Fluent in Dutch and English
Preferred resident North Netherlands

Working with stakeholders to understand needs and act as a consultant/expert recruitment partner;
Ensure compliance to standard ways of working and use of infrastructure;
Track and measure Talent Acquisition performance and ensure operational excellence in recruitment;
Fluent in Dutch and English
