    Full-time/ Part-time Clerk I/II in the Department of Anaesthesiology, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: to commence as soon as possible, on a one-year temporary basis or a two-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

    Applicants should possess a higher diploma or above, with at least 2 years' relevant work experience OR possess 5 passes in HKCEE, including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, OR min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, with at least 5 year's relevant work experience. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, good interpersonal and communication skills. They should also have strong sense of responsibility and be attentive to details. Applicants with lower qualifications or less experience may be considered for the post of Clerk II.

    The appointee will assist in daily office operations, handle enquiries and perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.

    A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. Appointment on two-year fixed term will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary.
