Ben jij op zoek naar een uitdagende stage op het gebied van Consumer en customer insights en vind je zowel cijferij als de vertaling naar een inspirerende communicatie naar collegas? Je komt te werken op de afdeling Customer experience op ons Service Office of in een vestiging dichtbij.
Je onderzoekt de interne behoefte aan performance resultaten m.b.t. onze services en de wijze waarop de doelgroepen deze zouden willen ontvangen. Dit doe je door interviews af te nemen en enquêtes (online) uit te zetten.
Daarnaast maak je je onze databronnen eigen met betrekking tot onze commerciële services en vertaalt deze data naar leesbare informatie en conclusies die aansluiten bij de wensen van de doelgroepen. Je beheerst het werken met Excel en met cijfers liggen je goed.
Je zet daarna zelfstandig een maandelijkse rapportering en maandelijkse communicatie op van alle services en test deze gedurende je stageperiode. Je kunt makkelijk werken met PowerPoint, en Sway en vindt het leuk om inspirerend KPis te vertalen naar conclusies.
Aan het einde van je stage draag je je bevindingen, rapportages en wijze van werken over aan IKEA. Hiermee kan jouw stage inspanning doorgaan en een relevante bijdrage leveren aan de omzet groei van IKEA.

- Je volgt een relevante opleiding (HBO of universitair) en je zoekt een stage vanaf september
- Je werkt graag in een dynamisch en drukke omgeving waar geen dag hetzelfde is;
- Je bent een enthousiast en proactief persoon. Daarnaast is het ook belangrijk dat je secuur en zelfstandig kan werken;
- Je bent assertief en niet bang om vragen te stellen en je mening te geven;
- Je bent leergierig en in staat theorie te koppelen aan de praktijk.
