    Bol verandert retail om het dagelijks leven van 13 miljoen Nederlandse en Belgische klanten makkelijker te maken. Uitdagend, want ons online retail tech platform groeit snel. Net als het aantal klantorders dat door de systemen stroomt. In ons financieel proces bedenken we en implementeren we vele innovaties die financiële processen voor klanten en partners makkelijker en prettiger maken. En jij kan ons daarbij helpen Want een financieel proces is altijd een keten en de keten moet super betrouwbaar zijn. Dus als we ergens in de keten gaan knutselen dan hebben we jou nodig om te overzien welke impact dat heeft en dat het proces altijd optimaal blijft stromen. Klinkt simpel? Dat is het niet, want elke innovatie dient slim, betrouwbaar en oneindig schaalbaar te zijn.

    Wat doe je als Lead Financial Process Analist

    Je bent de Lead voor alle Process Analysten uit de innovatieteams van Productgroup Invoicing. Dit betekent dat je 3-5 Process Analysten coacht in hun ontwikkeling en voor hen ook HR verantwoordelijk bent. Productgroep Invoicing zorgt ervoor dat Bol verantwoord omgaat met het geld van onze platform gebruikers en tegelijkertijd voorop loopt met slimme en innovatieve financiële processen. Zo'n innovatieteam bestaat naast jou uit een Product Manager en Software Engineers met ieder een eigen specialisme. Jij hebt de lead bij het vormgeven van onze geautomatiseerde financiële transactieverwerking, facturatiestroom en betaalstroom. Daarnaast ben je een inspirerend & coachend aanjager van het continue verbeterproces van alles waar onze Productgroep verantwoordelijk voor is.

    Om onze belofte om verantwoord om te gaan met het geld van onze platform gebruiker waar te maken, moet onze ketenbetrouwbaarheid subliem zijn. Een keten waar letterlijk miljarden euro's doorheen stromen, zodat zelfs minieme haperingen grote financiële consequenties kunnen hebben. Met z'n allen bewaken en onderhouden we processen waarmee we alleen dit jaar al zo'n 100+ miljoen () transacties hebben verwerkt.

  • Als Lead ben je onderdeel van een team en ben je craftlead voor alle financiële proces analisten. Als craftlead ben je zowel HR verantwoordelijk als verantwoordelijk voor de kennis- en vaardighedenontwikkeling.
  • Je gebruikt je data analyse skills, brengt processen in kaart en past creatieve & technische vaardigheden toe om de optimale oplossingen en resultaten voor elke situatie te ontwikkelen
  • Ook valideer je de eisen van belanghebbenden (Finance, Compliance, Legal) en stem je af met teams buiten het domein
  • Je identificeert potentiële risico's & kansen en houdt rekening met het perspectief van onze (interne) klanten
  • Problemen? Jij zoomt in op de details om het op te lossen
  • Je werkt mee aan strategische projecten en stippelt (samen met je team) de beste koers uit om processen te automatiseren

Ook weet je wat er nodig is om samen met je innovatieteam succes te boeken, waarvoor je actuele techexpertise koppelt aan aanstekelijk enthousiasme. Jouw ideeën worden omgezet in technische oplossingen. Stakeholdermanagement gaat je makkelijk af, want je werkt succesvol samen met de mensen en afdelingen die nodig zijn om te kunnen excelleren. Daarbij heb je een helder beeld van waar je wat te ontwikkelen hebt. Je geeft feedback (staat er zelf ook open voor) en helpt graag anderen beter te worden.

  • Wij bekijken je sollicitatie zorgvuldig en binnen twee weken weet je of we je uitnodigen voor een gesprek.
  • Wij nemen telefonisch contact met je op om het eerste gesprek in te plannen. En als we elkaar toch al spreken, pak vooral de kans om alvast prangende vragen te stellen.
  • Tijdens het eerste gesprek maken we kennis met elkaar. We zullen ingaan op jouw competenties en je eerdere werkervaring. En natuurlijk ook de inhoud van de functie.
  • Voor het tweede gesprek vragen we je om van te voren een online assessment te maken. Bij sommige functies kunnen we je vragen om iets extra's, zoals een business case.
