    We are looking for a hands-on Head of People to lead our People Team, take our people practices to the next level andfoster our company culture during a maternity leave. At INDG Grip we're aninternational team with 300 people from 50 different nationalities and working from all over the world. We have grown a lot the past years and expect to continue to do so. In this role you will lead the People Team (9 FTE) including Talent Acquisition, People Operations and Office Management.There are several great initiatives and processes built over the past years, and we're looking for someone that can help us take these to the next phase of growth.

    What's INDG?

    At INDG we develop technology that enables engaging, hyper-realistic digital product experiences. Our goal is to make "every product playable", by combining the science of technology with the artistry of computer-generated content. Our offices are in Amsterdam and Bucharest.

    Our CG artists, interactive designers, and developers focus on creating virtual versions of our clients' products, so lifelike it feels like you could reach out and touch them.

    What's Grip?

    With the help of Grip ( companies such as L'Oréal, Coca-Cola and Beiersdorf are automating content production for their entire business. Grip moves classic media creation efforts into the cloud, effectively virtualizing production. The software solution Grip takes care of generating high-quality visuals, at scale, on-demand and based on data. Brand styles, as well as product look and feel are codified, which ensures an entirely consistent, always on-brand output, no matter who (or what) requests it.

    What will you be doing?

    • Lead, coach and support the People Team.
    • Lead and oversee all aspects of our people processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and offboarding.
    • Develop and execute HR projects that enable us to continue our growth and be ready for the next phase.
    • Act as a trusted partner for management on all people related topics.

    What are we looking for?

    • You are an experienced leader and have been leading a People Team before with both an internal recruitment- and people ops team.
    • You have experience working in scale-up environment, a growing organization in an international environment, working with teams that work from anywhere around the world.
    • You are hands-on, know when to support the team and step in yourself and you can bring our plans to the finish line successfully.
    • You are knowledgeable on HR and Recruitment best practices, employment laws and regulations.

    What can we offer?

    This role is based in the Netherlands. An exciting opportunity that initially starts with a 12-month contract for maternity cover. We offer paid vacation days, a yearly L&D budget, gym- and bike plans and Headspace subscription.
