What you'll do:

As our Head of People, you'll be instrumental in crafting and executing a robust HR strategy that aligns with our ambitious goals.

You'll be at the forefront of:

• Manage organisational change initiatives to ensure seamless transitions during our rapid growth phases and potential strategic exits.
• Use your experience to expand our team quickly and efficiently, understanding the unique dynamics of a scaling startup.
• Develop cuttingedge strategies to attract and secure toptier talent, ensuring ParkBee continues to compete as a leader in the tech industry.
• Implement systems and processes that boost performance across all levels, aligning with our core objectives and fostering development.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of HR laws and regulations, providing expert advice and support to both leadership and our wider team.
• Building HR excellence: Shape and mentor a highperforming HR team dedicated to excellence and continuous professional growth.

• Experienced in preparing for organisational exits, with a keen understanding of succession planning and talent retention.
