    Position Description:

    Zie jij het als een uitdaging om de gebruikte automatiseringssystemen bij onze klanten in de lucht te houden door het vinden van innovatieve oplossingen? Ben jij daarbij pas tevreden als onze klant dat ook is?

    Jouw rol in ons team
    ls End User Support Specialist ben je hét aanspreekpunt voor ICT gerelateerde zaken op locatie, je bent verantwoordelijk voor de directe communicatie met onze klanten (interne en externe) over incidenten of andere verzoeken inzake diverse ICT toepassingen. Je bent een expert op het gebied van de door CGI geleverde diensten en kunt CGI medewerkers en klanten adviseren, ondersteunen of naar het juiste loket verwijzen. Inzetbaarheid op meerdere locaties en 24x7 On Call diensten zijn onderdeel van je functie. Via de CGI medewerker / klant, Servicedesk of Self Service Portal ontvang je incidenten en verzoeken, hierin probeer je direct zelf een oplossing te bieden. Indien je niet zelf kan oplossen speel je het verzoek door naar de juiste oplosgroep. Je neemt eigenaarschap van het probleem en communiceert status en voortgang aan klanten en collegae. Security en compliance zijn essentiële elementen binnen onze beheerorganisatie, als End User Support Specialist speel je een cruciale rol om security voor klanten en medewerkers te waarborgen.

    Hoe jij ons team versterkt
    We verwachten van jou naast ervaring in je vakgebied eigenaarschap, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een hoge klantgerichtheid. Je bent specialist in kantoorautomatisering en bijt je vast in een probleem tot het naar tevredenheid opgelost is. Je bent multidisciplinair inzetbaar en komt met vernieuwde en innovatieve ideeën. Je bent breed ontwikkeld en je blijft je verder ontwikkelen. Je enthousiasmeert je collega's en samen signaleer je belangrijke ontwikkelingen in het ICT-veld en vertaalt deze naar onze diensten. Zo lever je een substantiële bijdrage aan de verbetering van de GTO dienstverlening aan de medewerkers en klanten van CGI. Daarnaast heb je:

    •MBO/HBO niveau (doorgroei naar HBO gewenst) met sterke ICT component;

    •In bezit van rijbewijs (B);

    •In bezit van actuele relevante VOG;

    •Microsoft productportfolio (zoals Windows operating systems en Office pakketten)

    •Ticket systeem (bijvoorbeeld BMC Remedy (ITSM), Ivanti)

    •ITIL V3 gecertificeerd

    •Antivirus (bijv. McAfee EPO)

    •Productkennis (Encryptie- Bit Locker / PGP)

    •Algemene kennis (netwerk) infrastructuur en kantoorautomatisering

    •Geen bezwaar tegen 24/7 diensten
