Je bent verantwoordelijk voor
- Stakeholder management: het managen van je stakeholders binnen je B2B domein; je weet een goed netwerk intern op te bouwen en weet snel te schakelen als er (performance) issues zijn.
- People management: het aansturen je team van solution consultants en functioneel beheerders, waarbij je je team begeleidt & coacht in hun ontwikkeling en kennisdeling stimuleert.
- Product owner: als stream lead fungeer je als product owner voor het veranderprogramma (Invoicing, Delivery & Credit Management) waarbij je duidelijke prioriteiten weet te stellen, zorgt voor de juiste inzet van resources en afstemming vindt met alle betrokken partijen.
- Supplier management; het managen van suppliers binnen je domein, incl. afspraken over performance, SLA's en contractonderhandelingen.

Je komt terecht binnen het DTS B2B team wat zich focust op de ontwikkeling voor lange termijn voor de klant. Het is een erg dynamische omgeving. Het team is uitgebreid, maar zeker al gefocust om op verder te bouwen in de toekomst. Je doet er alles aan om zowel de klant als de medewerker een uitstekende ervaring te geven met het systeem. Je landt daarnaast midden in het nieuwe Revolution landschap waarbij je direct schakelt met de personen die het mogelijk maken om nieuwe functionaliteit op te leveren voor de klant. Je schakelt direct met: solution consultants, proces experts, developers, RTE, Release manager en andere Product Owners. Naast deze interne schakels, ben jij ook het aanspreekpunt vanuit Eneco voor de leverancier. Je draagt daarbij zorg aan de continuïteit van het systeem. Aan jou de taak om het platform tot een succes te maken voor zowel klant als medewerker. Dit doe je zowel met interne medewerkers als externe leveranciers.

Als Chapter Lead Invoicing, Delivery & Credit Management ben je met je team verantwoordelijk voor het B2B systeem (Umax365). Je team van solution consultants en functioneel beheerders stuur je op inspirerende en coachende wijze aan. Binnen dit domein fungeer je als primair aanspreekpunt en neem je, naast jouw lijnmanagement verantwoordelijkheid als Chapter Lead, ook de rol vanproduct owner op je in het veranderprogramma dat een nieuw B2B IT landschap gaat opleveren. Daarnaast valt de de aansturing van leveranciers binnen je domein tevens in je scope als chapter lead.
