    Procurement Buyer

    Executing daily Procure-to-Pay (P2P) tasks and playing a crucial role in driving procurement support activities forward. The main responsibility is to address issues from Procurement clerks, actively engage with procurement managers to close the procurement loop efficiently, and collaborate on procurement optimization projects to achieve team objectives. The role demands managing multiple priorities with significant coordination and follow-up efforts.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Tracking purchase orders in the system to ensure timely deliveries
    • Resolving Purchase Requests (PRs) with incomplete data promptly to convert them into Purchase Orders (PO) within 48 hours
    • Generating reports by extracting and analyzing data from the system, taking necessary actions within the purchasing group to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Assisting procurement managers in optimization projects and streamlining processes
    • Handling invoice discrepancies to guarantee timely supplier payments and enhancing processes to prevent recurrence of issues
    • Engaging with suppliers and internal stakeholders for order fulfillment, including regular email communication, escalating calls, confirming missing POs, and other related activities
    • Coordinating meetings for alignment with internal stakeholders (e.g., planning, quality, strategic sourcing, finance)

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (2-5 years)
    • Proficiency in SAP

    • Some background in purchasing, particularly in direct procurement, potentially within the manufacturing sector
    • Understanding of procurement administrative tasks
    • Highly organized work approach, proficient in managing concurrent activities
    • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
