    Ben jij ervaren in sales én in de wereld van asset management? Start dan als Business Development Director bij Achmea Investment Management in Amsterdam.

    Als Business Development Director ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de verkoopstrategieën voor institutionele beleggingstrategieën binnen. Je hebt hierbij de specifieke focus op hypotheekproducten.Je speelt een essentiële rol bij het identificeren en aantrekken van nieuwe institutionele klanten. Voornamelijk pensioenfondsen. Je begrijpt de behoeften en doelstellingen van onze klanten en vertaalt deze naar op maat gemaakte oplossingen. Je werkt nauw samen met interne teams, zoals portefeuillebeheerders en productontwikkeling, om ervoor te zorgen dat onze producten voldoen aan de verwachtingen van de klant. In de rol van Business Development Director moet je blij worden van het halen van resultaat en graag die telefoon oppakken. Je bent namelijk puur gericht op het aantrekken van nieuwe klanten.

Hier hoort dan ook een leaseregeling bij.Je komt te werken in het Institutioneel Beleggen Marketing & Sales team. Dit team vormt samen met Accountmanagement en Investment Solutions het hart van de commerciële kolom van Achmea Investment Management. Je werkt samen met 7 Business Developers en 5 Marketeers die verantwoordelijk zijn voor alle Institutionele beleggingsstrategieën van Achmea, Achmea Real Estate en Achmea Hypotheken.
    • Minimaal een HBO diploma en 8 jaar ervaring in institutionele verkoop of business development binnen de asset management industrie.
    • Bewezen trackrecord in het aantrekken en behouden van institutionele klanten, bij voorkeur binnen de hypotheeksector.
    • Uitgebreide kennis van de Nederlandse asset management industrie en de bijbehorende regelgeving.
    • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om marktgegevens te interpreteren en te vertalen naar verkoopkansen.
    • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in het Nederlands en Engels.
    • Resultaatgericht, zelfgemotiveerd en in staat om zowel zelfstandig als in een teamomgeving te werken.
    • CFA/VBA alsmede DSI-registratie Informeren Beleggen Institutioneel is een pré.

    • De functie betreft 34 uur. Je werkt dan bijvoorbeeld 4 dagen van 8,5 uur. Zo kun je zorgen voor een gezondere balans tussen werk- en privé-tijd en heb je nóg tijd voor bv. vrijwilligerswerk of jouw favoriete sport.
    • Jouw standplaats is Amberdam.We geven je de vrijheid waar en wanneer te werken, op kantoor of vanuit huis. Een omgeving waarin jij jezelf kan zijn en kan groeien.
    • Een fijne start in een team met 13 collega's
