    Jouw profiel
    In deze functie adviseer je klanten en collega's op het gebied van onderzoek en inzichten. Je bent een betrouwbare adviseur en een gedreven, nieuwsgierige analist. Je hebt een scherp oog voor (internationale) trends en ontwikkelingen in niet alleen het medialandschap, maar ook breder dan dat. Je gebruikt deze kennis om strategische keuzes te maken voor de organisatie en je klanten. Je hebt begrip van de laatste marketingprincipes, je bent op de hoogte van succesvolle cases én innovatie in onderzoek en deelt dit graag proactief met collega's.

    Het pakken van verantwoordelijkheid is jouw tweede natuur. Je neemt graag de lead en bent in staat de relatie met je klanten te verstevigen. Hierdoor spot jij commerciële kansen eerder dan een ander of je creëert ze zelfs. Je begrijpt de business en kunt daardoor goed inspelen op de behoeften van onze klanten en van Mindshare. Inhoudelijk stuur je collega's aan die je ondersteunen bij onderzoeksprojecten en bovenal ben je een echte teamspeler die ook het vermogen heeft om zelfstandig te werken.

    • 10+ jaar relevante (marketing/media) werkervaring met kennis van de Nederlandse markt;
    • Kennis van de planningspraktijk van off- en online media is een pré;
    • Ruime ervaring met communicatie-effectonderzoek en het adviseren van marketeers op basis van onderzoeksdata;
    • WO/HBO+ achtergrond, opleiding marketing/communicatie, psychologie, sociale wetenschappen;
    • Vaardig met IBM SPSS Statistics, minimaal crosstabs;
    • Uitstekende Microsoft Office vaardigheden, met name Excel en PowerPoint;
    • Je bent analytisch en nauwkeurig;
    • Proactief en initiatiefrijk;
    • Communicatief en verbaal sterk, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels;
    • Goede presentatievaardigheden en dit doe je met plezier;
    • Een consultatieve mindset is essentieel voor deze rol.
