- 5+ years experience, of which 3+ in customer success, campaign management or similar roles within the marketing and sales domain. Big plus if this experience was in a marketing agency, sales agency or in an ad-tech company.
- Business acumen. You can explain a client's business to your grandma, and she will challenge you on your strategy for the client.
- Soft skills. You're capable of connecting with any person. Be it a small business owner in the Netherlands, a corporate marketing manager from Germany or a start-up executive from the UK.
- Communication skills. You can simply explain our process to clients in a video call, or send a crisp meeting recap via email.
- Analytical skills. You can analyse campaign performance and build a business case supported by solid numbers.
- Readiness to work 100% remote and have digital contacts with your prospects.
- Being tech-savvy. We use dozens of digital tools. You need to master them quickly.
- Native in Dutch, fluent in English. Additional languages give you bonus points.
- Ambition and drive: We are growing triple digits — you need to be excited about growing with the company.

Our service includes researching, sourcing and engaging prospects on behalf of our customers with our sales automation software suite. This gives our clients a nice and steady flow of potential customers every month.
About the job
As a Customer Success Manager at Reach Supreme, you personally manage about 20 clients to help them reach their sales goals. You're responsible to make them happy and successful with a smooth onboarding, great campaigns performance and warm relationship you created
You onboard clients, help them with campaigns strategies, coordinate client work, build business cases, and design plans to have more impact for your customers.
On top of the above-mentioned, you are expected to contribute to shaping our business structure, tools, and processes. Don't be surprised if you're asked to onboard new employees, support with hiring, or help to organize team events.
Client management at Reach Supreme is at the early stage. This means there is a lot of flexibility and responsibility, and we hope you're up for it
This job is 100% remote, so you can work from a beach house in the south of Spain or from an ice cave in Iceland as long as you have a comfortable set-up, reliable internet and background that doesn't make your prospects envy you too much.
