We, at Pleo, are looking for
hands-on, experienced customer experience professionals to join our Central Europe team in our amazing office in Amsterdam, remotely (within the Netherlands), or at our Lisbon office to work closely with our strategic customers.


We are looking for the right talent for the role with solid experience


Proven experience in a consultative customer-facing role (customer success management, account management, management consulting, etc.) is required, as well as experience in an enterprise software or SaaS organisation.

Please note this role is for a 12 months contract to cover a maternity leave

  • Ideally, you have a basic finance/ accounting knowledge and/or experiences with working with tool integrations

Your responsibilities will be to:


  • Owning the adoption journey of your customer portfolio (after the onboarding phase)
  • Being the customer's trusted product advisor and business consultant advising them on how to create their ideal processes with the tool to optimise their valueadd
  • Working closely with sales, securing a smooth renewal and upselling process
  • Collaborate across teams with different internal stakeholders such as product management, services&solutions, marketing, customer support, etc... to improve the entire customer experience
  • Cultivating key customers to become advocates of Pleo and the Fintech community
  • Manage daytoday operations and longterm business relationships with our customers
  • Do everything in your power to prevent customers from leaving Pleo through measuring health scores, and product/ feature adoption and acting proactively on those.
  • As one of the first CX professionals on the Netherlands market, you will also get the chance to have a big impact on optimising the productmarketfit by building the bridge between the customer's feedback and our product team.
