Functie

Als reliability consultant speel je een belangrijke rol in complexe technische projecten, ook nieuwbouw uitgevoerd, voor sectoren zoals: nucleair, conventionele industrie, hernieuwbare energie waarbij veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en autorisatie essentieel zijn. Ons vakgebied omvat:

Risicoanalyse van technische (aanpassings-) projecten;

Probabilistische veiligheidsanalyses QRA;

Safety case en betrouwbaarheidsanalyses RAMS;

De tools die we gebruiken zijn: HAZOP / HAZID, FME (C) A, RCA, Fault Tree Analysis, Event Tree-analyse en vele andere kruisvormen van deze technieken, ontwikkeld om aan de behoeften van de klant te voldoen en om te voldoen aan de gegeven voorschriften. Software: Risk Spectrum en Fault tree plus.

Als reliability consultant heb je een kritische houding, een bewezen technische achtergrond om complexe systemen te begrijpen en een goed technisch oordeel, ben je proactief, bekwaam in acquisitie, netwerken en blijf je alert op de marktbehoeften, trends en ontwikkelingen in het interessegebied.

De projecten zijn vaak multidisciplinair en worden gekenmerkt door een complex samenspel van verschillende belanghebbenden. Met uw solide technische expertise bent u een natuurlijke sparringpartner voor de specialisten van onze klanten. Je hebt ervaring met risico- en veiligheidsanalysemethoden en bent in staat om deze toe te passen. We verwachten duidelijk geschreven rapporten die de aanpak en resultaten van de analyses correct weergeven. Ten slotte verwachten we van u dat u een goede communicator bent, toegewijde teamspeler die ernaar streeft resultaten van hoge kwaliteit te leveren binnen een gegeven budget en tijdig.

Profiel

Een bachelor of universitair diploma in een technische richting (bijvoorbeeld mechanisch/ elektrotechniek, chemische technologie, natuurkunde);

Je hebt minstens 2 jaar relevante werkervaring opgedaan in een technische omgeving en/ of ervaring met veiligheids- en risicoanalyses;

Je hebt ervaring met projectwerk, aangevuld met projectmanagementvaardigheden (bijv. PRINCE2 of IPMA);

Ervaring in de nucleaire industrie is een plus, maar niet noodzakelijk.

Je bent:

Sterk in mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie in zowel de Nederlandse (voorkeur) als de Engelse taal;

Op zoek naar werk met een maatschappelijke impact;

Resultaatgericht;

Pragmatisch, verantwoordelijk;

Een klantgerichte teamspeler, pro-actief, nieuwe projectkansen identificeren en projectkwesties aanpakken;

Safety-aware;

Flexibel om on-site van de klant voor langere tijd te werken.

Team

Het Risk and Reliability-team is verantwoordelijk voor het leveren van zowel kwalitatieve ((ops)gevarenanalyse) als kwantitatieve veiligheidsanalyses(PSA) om de nucleaire veiligheid te waarborgen en een veilige exploitatie, vergunningsaanvraag en veilige ontwerpwijziging te garanderen.

Het doel van nucleaire veiligheid is:

Beschermen van mens en milieu tegen de negatieve gevolgen van ioniserende straling door (IAEA Fundamental Safety Objective):

beheersen van blootstelling van mensen aan straling en lozingen naar de omgeving;

Het minimaliseren van de kans op ongevallen;

Het beperken van de gevolgen van ongevallen.

We zijn verantwoordelijk voor het leveren en up-to-date houden van Probabilistische Veiligheidsanalyses gedurende de hele levenscyclus van de kernreactor. We ondersteunen ook de conventionele sector met hoge risico's. Als junior krijg je de kans om alle tools te leren door ze toe te passen in projecten en door onderzoek te doen. Je wordt gecoacht door het collega's en je ontdekt wat je voorkeuren zijn.
