    As a personnel consultant, we are looking for a long-term collaboration opportunity for our esteemed client - a well-established company with over 120 years of success. This company is among the largest specialized retailers in Germany, specifically in online trading focusing on photography. They have a highly reputable online store, one of the biggest in Europe, and operate in 14 locations in northern and western Germany.

    IT System Administrator (m/f/d)

    In this role, we seek professionals who can contribute their skills and dedication to maintain and enhance the company's achievements. The company is conveniently located in Westerkappeln, easily accessible from northern Münsterland, the greater Osnabrück area, and southern Lower Saxony.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Install, configure, and manage server and client environments (with a focus on Windows)
    • Provide support for core services like network, WLAN, virtualization, antivirus programs, and backups
    • Optimize and evolve the existing IT infrastructure, particularly Microsoft technologies
    • Assist users with software and hardware issues
    • Acquire, deploy, and administer IT components
    • Actively contribute to IT projects

    Your Qualifications

    • Ideally, vocational training in IT system integration or a similar field
    • Several years of experience in supporting and enhancing Microsoft systems
    • Strong knowledge of Windows servers (GPO, Exchange) and virtualization (Hyper-V)
    • Preferably some exposure to M365/Azure
    • Highly service-oriented with excellent communication skills
    • Reliable, proactive, and accountable
