IT Supporter (m/f/d) in the user helpdeskPermanent position, full-time - Cologne Your tasks
Accepting, prioritizing, classifying and processing incident reports and other requests to IT via ticket system, telephone and e-mail according to ITIL
Supporting the IT contact persons (m/f/d) in schools and with business customers
Ensuring trouble-free functionality of all IT systems and software applications in cooperation with 2nd level administration and the other IT teams
Deployment and configuration of workstations (Windows), Apple & Android devices
Remote management and maintenance of over 100,000 iOS and Android devices
Documentation of workarounds and solution approaches in a knowledge database
You have IT-related vocational training or corresponding proven professional experience
You are very familiar with common PC operating systems such as Windows, Linux, Android, iPadOS and standard applications in the MS Windows environment
Ideally, you have some experience in user support, support and remote support and have already worked with ticket systems (preferably TANSS)
You work just as well independently as in a team and enjoy communicating on the phone
Fluent written and spoken German is a prerequisite
