    What your journey at Krasnapolsky will look like day-to-day

    Als Meeting & Events Organizing Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie, voortgang en financiën van groepsreserveringen en de duidelijke communicatie hiervan binnen het hotel. Daarnaast ben je de belangrijkste contactpersoon voor al je bevestigde groepen en bouw je actief een relatie op met de gasten om te zorgen voor terugkerende business.

    Bijbehorende taken zijn:

    · Het opstellen van offertes op basis van de wensen van de gast;

    · Bijdragen aan het maximaliseren van de omzet door actieve upselling en cross selling;

    · Het opmaken en versturen van bevestigingen, contracten en pro forma-facturen;

    · Het geven van Site Inspecties;

    · Keeping track of the progress of the booking whereby you create and maintain a file;

    · Zorg dragen voor een goede samenwerking zowel met je collega's als met onze gasten en relaties.
