Hello, I am Anna and I am owner and creator of Zoomversations.nl.
Having spent 14 years in IT working with teams from all over the world, I have facilitated product development conversations and utilized effective frameworks such as Scrum, SIT (Systematic inventive thinking) and others, which led me to find my passion - creating opportunities for human connection and unlocking groups of people to achieve common goal. I have found XCHANGE approach to be unique for this purpose (it lights me up every time when I see what is unfolding in conversations!). Over the last few years I became certified as XCHANGE guide and successfully applied it during several events for my network as well as in-company, creating connections and positive experience for participants with long-lasting effect.

I am here to help you facilitate your next workshop - from stakeholders or employees meetings, creative session, workshop, planning, you name it. I am offering discovery session first to evaluate if my method will serve your group.

In addition to facilitation, I am open for opportunities for freelance SCRUM master and Business Analyst. With extensive experience in software development in various roles from Test engineer to Business Analyst and Product Owner and expanded facilitation skills, I believe I can bring value to your SCRUM team.

I have started my career in IT 14 years ago as SQA engineer, then progressed towards Business Analyst and Product owners roles. Lastly stars aligned with my passion to facilitation where I combine my SCRUM knowledge and facilitation skills as Scrum master.

I have attended numerous courses and trainings throughout my career.

My primary education is Financial management, Finance Academy under the government of Russian Federation 2004-2010.
