    What's the role?

    As a Location Technology leader, HERE is looking for a German-speaking Sales Development Rep who is ready to take their commercial career to the next level.

    English language skills, we want to hear from you We are seeking individuals with a great proactive mindset, who are sales-savvy and enjoy the client-facing part of it, and feel ready to join a fantastic team that delivers results with no excuses.

    You as a Sales Development Representative closely work with the sales and marketing teams to generate B2B leads with validated budget , authority relevant needs, time-bound projects and concrete next steps to be discussed with HERE Sales team. The SDR will work within a specific market and region to maximize the potential of the target accounts defined in cooperation with the sales team.

  • Learn fast by attending internal trainings, reading professional publications, interacting with colleagues and learning on the job
  • Be a teammate; share knowledge, keep learning, and remain open to unlearn when needed to maintain our always-collaborative and positive atmosphere.
  • Achieve agreed lead generation and pipeline creation targets
  • Conduct research using a variety of different techniques including social media mining of target prospects and accounts for profiling
  • Build strong relationships with internal clients in sales and marketing
  • Identify account development potential within assigned accounts by studying and researching current business, qualifying key target buyer personas, identifying and evaluating additional needs and analysing opportunities
  • Initiate the sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments through multi-touch methods including but not limited to Calls, Emails, Online Messages, Posts, Comments, Media Likes and Shares
  • Be the voice of the market by sharing learnings from engagement with prospects: persona descriptions, identified needs, competitive intelligence, and relaying prospect reactions

    • Who are you?

    Experience required:

  • LDR/SDR/BDR experience
  • You are native or fluent in German and fluent in English
  • Experience of generating qualified leads through cold calling in EMEA region
  • IT / Technology savvy
  • Demonstrated basic social selling skills
  • Able to demonstrate a high level of consistent target achievement
  • Able to demonstrate self-motivation to improve knowledge and skills through personal research and development
  • Performance driven, competitive mindset, proactive and curious

    • Skills required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM
  • Proficient in the use of Outreach or similar sales technology
  • Familiar with social media of all types
  • Proficient in the use of LinkedIn, Messaging and InMail
  • Ability to conduct research via social media and internet in general to gain insight into client's needs
  • Demonstrated ability and professional presence to converse and engage with senior level decision makers.
