Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Venray

Your Role:

As a Business Representative, you'll be the face of ModusLink, ensuring seamless communication and support for our valued clients

Your responsibilities will include:

Investigating and resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
Managing daily order flow and providing support for various order management tasks.
Assisting with pricing, invoicing, and supporting the launch of new projects and process improvements.

What You Bring:

Previous experience in customer service roles.
Proficiency in SAP and the MS Office suite.
