Felix is an Test Manager / Test coordinator; he has experience in the Retail, Consumer goods, Personal care, Digital agency, Fashion brand, Automotive and Semiconductor industries. ASML is leading in the worldwide development, production and sales of high-end lithography systems for the semiconductor industry leading role and a large market shareholder in semiconductor industry. To remain viable in the industry, ASML is leveraging cutting edge Technology in delivering software that plays a pivotal role in reali hi zing core functionality in the Field toward ASML customers worldwide. 

Felix is a Test manager across 11 agile teams. Part of his role was to overhaul the test process and create a unified testing standard, as well as improve test maturity across various teams. The goal was to shorten time to market by deploying test strategy and key improvement areas. Activities include reviewing test scopes, phases, and evaluating test activities on release environments. Felix analysed, proposed, and implemented unified test management tooling for both Manual & Automated tests. He assessed test maturity level within agile teams and guided them toward proposed improvements by influencing colleagues on testing mindset. Felix introduced performance testing based on risk analysis. He determined test timelines and handled communication towards relevant stakeholders.

Felix handled interactions with Business analysts, Product owner and Project manager and Solution train engineer within the solution train to execute its functions. He is a strong advocate of test process improvement and an agile way of working. He participates actively in scrum ceremonies and artefacts within his team

Test Coordinator | Jumbo Supermarkets

Jumbo is currently leveraging cutting edge Technology to redefine retailing while turning customers to fans in The Netherlands and Belgium. Creating shopping experience throughout customer journey both on brick stores and online store, One of the plans of Jumbo was to build high tech campus with technical team that would serve as technology backbone that should navigate the innovative transformation of the company and he delivered this using R10 retail technology and Office clients application together with SAP

Felix is a Test coordinator of a scrum team, He creates test plans, removes impediments for Testers. As an experienced Test Lead, he grooms junior testers on how to test efficiently and effectively thereby ensuring the delivery of a quality software. He performed system integration tests and supported continuous deployment test activities when needed. He created regression test scripts and reviewed test scripts created by other testers with constructive feedback. He creates test reports and communicates them to stakeholders during major releases. Felix led his team into the adventure of test automation by delivering approved proof of concept to Jumbo management and rolled out a test automation framework.  He also functioned in the capacity of test architect for test automation projects, which involve setting up test automation framework, determining automation scenarios and test steps.
