BRIEF DESCRIPTION


Professional responsible for Global Marketing Communications to support Division, BU and Industries / Product Groups in marketing communication related topics to achieve the MTP goals and partnering with other Business Areas and Divisions.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define Marketing Communication processes, tools and standards;
  • Create, implement and measure the success of a comprehensive marketing communications and public relations program that will enhance the Organization's image, brand and position within the marketplace and the general public;
  • Support the deployment of marketing strategies internally as well as externally Andritz Feed & Biofuel (EFB) products and services;
  • Create traditional as well as digital communication strategies to increase market awareness about EFB products and services;
  • Plan, develop, execute, manage and/or support customer events, fairs, exhibitions, webinars;
  • Interact with the Division Manager, Vice Presidents for BU, Industry Managers, Product Managers and Regional Managing Directors, staff of the Marketing/Communications/P.R. function, and the service providers.
  • Support sales related to ANDRITZ strategies and tools: Docupedia, WebCRM, Marketo, etc. as well as other marketing material (folders, presentations, videos, etc.);
  • Responsible for division related corporate communications initiatives, and develop strategies to promote divisional Employer and Product (e.g. Metris Diamond, etc.) branding and reputation;
  • Assume the Marketing mix 1P (promotion given on Product and Feature Function Benefit input);
  • MarCom is responsible for Public relations, choosing the right media (ads, newsletters, social media, websites, etc.) to deliver our message and developing a plan for when and how to share information;
  • Support in Market Research
  • Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution across the organization, direct or through 3rd parties;
  • Manage 3rd party Marketing Communication related contracts and services;
  • Manage customer satisfaction tools (surveys) to deliver the best customer experience possible with current and potential customers that enables developing longterm relationships;
  • Develop and manage short
- and long-term plans and budgets for the marketing/communications/ public relations program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence, and evaluate performance;

  • Support Global HR in employee engagement topics as the employee engagement survey results communication
  • Represent EFB in the Internal Communications project team of BA Environment & Energy

SCHOOL EDUCATION
Minimum Graduation in Marketing, Communications and/or related areas.
Good to Have MBA, Post Graduations courses in the Field Communications and Marketing in connection with Engineering
market and/or Technology business


EXPERIENCE
Experiencie Min. of 5 years of professional experience working in the plant business, industrial solutions, large project or comparable industry.
Proven experience in working in matrix structure.
Leadership of small Marketing Communications team in an international environment
Industrial Sector Specific Industry Animal Feed, Pet and Aqua Feed, Biofuel or comparable product line
Know How (by education and /or experience ).

Availability to travel (Fair/Automation Events).
