    Het state-of-the-art leerplatform FLOW SPARKS kent een snelle groei. Door het groeiende succes en de toenemende vraag van onze klanten zoeken we een gedreven en enthousiaste Sales representative met focus op new business development. Als ervaren commercieel talent krijg je energie van ons bestaande klantenbestand te vergroten en een uitstekende service te garanderen. Jouw focus ligt op het, aan een hoog tempo, wekelijks uitbreiden van het aantal nieuwe FLOW SPARKS klanten. Onze organisatie wil nog verder groeien en daar kunnen we jouw commerciële expertise en ervaring goed bij gebruiken

    De contacten bouw je zelf verder uit tot volwaardige accounts;
    Vertegenwoordig je FLOW SPARKS op een positieve manier op onze events, congressen, beurzen, ... Als Account Executive – new business heb je...
    ~2 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring in sales binnen de technologie sector (bij voorkeur SaaS-oplossingen) en heb je de nodige affiniteit met technologische oplossingen.
    ~ Bewezen ervaring met langer lopende sales trajecten (+6 maanden).
    ~ Een ruime ervaring in het doorlopen van het volledige sales proces (van het eerste contact tot het zetten van de handtekening op het contract).
    ~ De kennis en ervaring om continu grip te houden op het sales proces.
    ~ Aandacht voor het zien en creëren van kansen voor jezelf, het team en de organisatie.

    Heb je een commerciële en overtuigende houding om onze producten en diensten te presenteren aan de juiste beslissingsnemers binnen een organisatie.
    Spreek en schrijf je foutloos Nederlands en Engels.
    Is kennis en ervaring met het werken in Salesforce zeker een voordeel.
    Proactief en zelfstandig werken in een internationale organisatie.
    Een goede start met de juiste voorbereiding om je klaar te stomen voor jouw nieuwe job.
    ~ 25 vakantiedagen (bij fulltime dienstverband) en de optie om 2 extra dagen bij te verdienen.
    ~ De mogelijkheid om 2 dagen per week vanuit huis te werken.
    ~ Een open cultuur en top team waarin je jezelf als individu verder kunt ontplooien en waarin goed samengewerkt wordt. Zo krijg je vb. tal van mogelijkheden om jouw eigen soft skills en vaardigheden te ontwikkelen via e-Learning of andere opleidingen.
    ~ Onze klanten zijn middelgrote en grote organisaties actief in verschillende sectoren zoals de automotive, zorg, industrie en retail.
