    About the role

    As a Senior Brand Designer, you'll play a key role in the Brand Creative Team . You'll be working in an ambitious, forward-thinking team of Designers, Copywriters and Producers within our Marketing Department.

    You're comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of various creative projects. From participating in brainstorming and ideation sessions to full execution and delivery across different mediums including landing pages, CRM, digital ads and video storyboards.

    You're collaborative by nature, working with relevant teams from Performance Marketing to CRM, Comms and Category Marketing. You'll also collaborate with our Product Designers to ensure our design language is consistent across Marketing and Product.

    You'll be responsible for taking ownership of our brand, plus creating and maintaining design guidelines that are clear, concise, human and on-brand. You'll report directly to the in-house Creative Director.

    What you'll bring

  • A passion for special objects and their stories
  • 6+ years experience
  • Experience in leading the development of cutting-edge and compelling concepts for campaigns and projects across a range of media platforms
  • Deep understanding of emerging trends and best practices in the design and advertising industries, as well as digital trends and techniques
  • You have a strong portfolio that showcases a range of work including marketing materials, landing pages, social assets, display, and email design.
  • You have good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • You have the experience or willingness to learn to use data to create the best performing designs
  • You are fluent in design tools; Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite etc.

  • Experience in an in-house creative team or tech environment
  • International work experience
  • Knowledge of additional European language(s)
  • Affinity with one or more Catawiki categories

    • This role will be hybrid and our office is located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

    Our offices and way of working

    We have sensational offices in Amsterdam, Groningen, Paris and our newest office in Lisbon. Most of our employees are within commutable distance of one of our office locations and enjoy a hybrid work model. This means we expect you to be in the office 2 out of 5 days, roughly 40% of your working time, to collaborate and connect with each other. The exception is of course, if the job description specifically states that the role is 100% remote, as some experts and sales positions are.
