As a Product Manager I lead the development of marketing products in Ozon marketplace such as «Big Promo» and "Shop in Shop". DAU of «Big Promo» is 19 mln. DAU of "Shop in Shop" is 1 mln. I am responsible for product vision, design, backlog management, discovery and delivery and collaborate with cross- functional team (designers, analytics, project managers, developers, marketing). During the year I achieved the following results:
1. Increased GMV of Shop in Shop by 40% and launched tariffs giving an opportunity for sellers to make their shop in marketplace better. It also helps Ozon to earn incremental AdRev.
2. Improved such key metrics as conversion to cart and to order and reduced number of contacts between sellers and Ozon support.
3. Launched a new product “Every day low price” showcasing the product with lower price comparing with the price on competitive marketplaces, that helps OZON to get incremental profit.
4. Increased GMV “Big promo” by 70% vs the same period of the last year due to continuing monitoring and development of user experience.

In this role I discovered new product hypothesis, built the new launch marketing strategies, made researches for top management and sponsors of the projects, provided quality and quantity researches, supplied all the functions with necessary materials for new product implementations. I was responsible for loyalty programs development and launched a new loyalty product "Auto Insuarence Cashback". My key results are below:
1. Launched new products starting from the hypothesis, that gained 2.4 mln dollars revenue, built new cross-functional processes.
2. Created monitoring and analytical tools for new products sales results with the help of BI models on Qlick View platform.
3. Led loyalty program Alfa points with 3.5 mln members, enhanced CJM, increased the number of offers in loyalty program, increased KPIs of the program in 2 times, developed Qlick View model for efficiency monitoring of loyalty program.
4. Implemented and developed Cash back product. Product showed high business results and won 2 awards «Effie Awards Russia 2021».
5. Initiated and launched the new loyalty product with auto insurance cash back, which showed its effectiveness after launch.

In this position I was responsible for preparing of new launches calender and determined key focuses for sales team. I was involved in preparing of communication plans of brands, led the creation of selling stories and sales briefs for customers and sales team. I took part in the negotiations with key accounts about new products and category development, created plans and targets for sales team, made analysis of distribution and volume of sales of new products and evaluated success of new product launches. My key results are below:

1. Created and executed more than 20 strategies of new product launches in Russian market.
2. Created the process of planning and alignment of new product launches sales volume.

3. Created user friendly data base with information about new products for sales team.
4. Digitalized system of new products distribution monitoring in Power BI (MAU 300).
5. Organized and hosted more than 10 webinars about new products for sales team (more than 500 participants).
