    Heb je ervaring met complexe agile transformaties of change projecten bij grote organisaties en breng je een uitgebreid netwerk met je mee? Grote organisaties in de commerciële en publieke sector bouwen op jou als Managing Consultant wanneer zij transformeren naar een agile manier van werken. Jij adviseert en voert transformatieprojecten uit, veelal op locatie. Daarnaast bouw je bij ons kantoor in Utrecht mee aan het team en de portfolio.

    Als Managementconsultant Agile Transformatie bij Capgemini Invent's Organizational Purpose & Strategy team begeleid je, in multidisciplinaire teams, agile transformaties binnen toonaangevende (inter)nationaal opererende bedrijven. Onze klanten krijgen te maken met steeds meer veranderingen zoals digitalisering en globalisering. Wij helpen en adviseren organisaties zich aan te passen op de snel veranderde omgeving. Samen met onze klanten bepalen wij hun visie op een agile organisatie en begeleiden hun agile transformatie richting deze nieuwe gewenste situatie. Wij doen dit in samenwerking met onze klanten waarin we op iteratieve wijze toewerken naar een wendbare, waarde gedreven organisatie waar de klant en medewerker centraal staat. We begeleiden onze klanten om een agile mindset, gedrag en manier van werken te adopteren en zich eigen te maken.

    In het kort:

    • Je begeleidt van idee tot uitvoering de implementatie van agile werken op team-, portfolio- en organisatieniveau. Je focust je op agile leiderschap, mind-set, gedrag en manier van werken. Jij start direct op een mooi project bij een van onze grote opdrachtgever.
    • Je draagt bij aan de proposities van je team rondom de aanpak van agile projecten. Je laat aan (potentiële) opdrachtgevers zien welk waarde jij en het team toevoegen.
    • Je coacht minder ervaren consultants in je team. Zo kunnen zij zich verder ontwikkelen.

    Als Managementconsultant Agile Transformation ben je onderdeel van ons Organization, Purpose and Strategy team, een van de teams binnen de unit Workforce and Organisation. Een jong team van zo'n dertig gedreven collega's die goed voor elkaar zorgen. Samenwerken en innovatie vinden we superbelangrijk. Er is dan ook altijd wel iemand die tijd voor je vrij kan maken als je vragen hebt of ergens over wilt sparren. Gaat het een keer minder in je privésituatie, dan krijg je de ruimte die je nodig hebt.     Als Managementconsultant ben je goed in staat om hoofd- van bijzaken te scheiden en te structureren en om duurzame relaties op te bouwen met zowel klanten als collega's. Ook houd je van afwisseling en vind je het leuk om in nieuwe onderwerpen te duiken. Tevens ben je een goede teamspeler en heb je een proactieve houding. Last but not least vind je het uitdagend om complexe projecten te leiden en jongere collega's te begeleiden.

    • Je hebt een afgeronde wo-master opleiding in bijvoorbeeld Bedrijfskunde, Organisatiewetenschappen, Verandermanagement of Sociologie.
    • Tenminste 5 – 10 jaar relevante (internationale) werkervaring opgedaan gerelateerd aan agile transformatie en/of met complexe transformaties of change projecten bij grote organisaties.
    • Je beschikt over stevige consultancy skills, bij voorkeur opgedaan binnen een consultancy organisatie of consultancy rol.
    • Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van en ervaring met een of meer Agile frameworks zoals SAFe, Scrum, Less, DevOps en wellicht ook met een Agile release train (ART).
    • Een PSPO of PSM certificaat.
    • Je bent commercieel goed onderlegd en weet goed hoe jij je uitgebreide professionele netwerk inzet.
    • For this role it is a must to speak Dutch (at least B2 level) and live in The Netherlands.
