- Als Trainee Operations werk en ontwikkel je jezelf in het managen/leidinggeven van de productieteams, werk je met Six Sigma-technieken, (technisch) optimaliseren van de productieprocessen, ondersteunen van de productie- of technische teams bij continue verbetering en het verder ontwikkelen van bestaande technologie.
- Begeleiden van de planning en organisatie van de productieteams en het optimaliseren van de werkprocedures
