For the growing activities of at Scania Financial Services within our Central European region, Scania is looking for a Portfoliomanager, Project management officer.

Scania is undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to become supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

In this transformation, Scania Financial Services will play an important role.

Scania Financial Services, part of the Traton Financial Services Group, is serving Scania customers, dealers and distributors in more than 60 markets through 22 business units by offering finance and insurance solutions.

Our team consists of approximately 1.200 dedicated professionals from around the world and together we manage a portfolio of vehicles representing 160 BSEK of assets for valued customers.

We have also built up an insurance portfolio of approximately policies.

Scania Finance Benelux consists of a team of 50 employees across the 3 operational markets who manage a portfolio of 11,000 contracts representing 700 MEUR of assets, over 22,000 insurance contracts for 3,000 valued customers.

The FS Central Europe region consists of a team of 270 employees across the 11 operational markets who manage a portfolio of 48,000 contracts representing 3BEUR of assets, 48,000 insurance contracts for 12,000 valued customers.

We are now looking for a Portfolio Manager, Project Management Officer, who is eager to develop our business and region further.

You'll actively participate in high-importance projects, collaborating closely with top management to prioritize our portfolio based on insightful analysis and information.

Responsibilities
:

Portfolio Management

:

Evaluate proposals, support decision-making processes, and maximize the value of our portfolio through various techniques. Project Support:

Assist project leaders in defining projects, organizing them effectively, and securing executive approval. Execution Oversight:

Ensure project management processes are followed, provide daily support to project leaders, and maintain portfolio consistency. Conclusion and Review:

Review project definitions and criteria, support project leaders and the executive team in decision-making processes, and ensure project closure, evaluation, and follow-up.

Continuous Improvement:

Proactively contribute to the enhancement of project and portfolio management processes, aligning with the Scania Way framework.

Desirable

Experience &
Qualifications
**- Relevant bachelor education or equivalent work experience

Experience in project management within sectors like Financial Services, IT, Sales, or Services
Experience with Portfolio Management implementation and execution
Fluent in English and possess a driver's license
Willing to travel regularly accross Europe and also to spend at least two weeks per month in Breda.
