    Nespresso zoekt een Key Account Manager – out of home

    In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen en uitbouwen van de Nespresso Professional Key Account strategie voor het XL segment. Je draagt bij aan acquisitie (new business) van nieuwe klanten binnen een specifiek segment. Je voert de channel acquisitie strategie uit en implementeert commerciële en brand activiteiten om jaarlijkse doelstelling te halen in gezamenlijk partnership met de klant en binnen gestelde budgetten. Daarbij draag je zorg voor de winstgevendheid binnen het portfolio, alsmede de verdere uitbouw van bestaande portfolio's.

    In deze positie zoeken we een senior kandidaat met een natuurlijke drive en nieuwsgierigheid naar het ontwikkelen van new business. Het hebben van een sterk relevant netwerk binnen de OOH coffee business is een pluspunt. Als Key Accountmanager ben je onderdeel van het Nespresso Out Of Home team in Nederland en rapporteer je aan de Sales Manager National Accounts. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor Key Accountmanagement binnen een van onze strategische segmenten ( Business & Industries, Leisure, Education & Healthcare) en acteert als ambassadeur voor dit segment.

    Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Key Accountmanager – Out of Home

  • Uitvoering van de Key Account strategie en het op de kaart zetten van Nespresso Professional Concepten en proactief op zoek naar kansen voor nieuwe en bestaande Partnerships binnen het eigen focus segment;
  • Beheer en uitbouw van Key Accounts door opvolging van commerciële activiteiten die bijdragen aan het behalen van afgesproken doelen in de annual business plans;
  • Focus op new business (acquisitie) van nieuwe of uitbouw van bestaande partnerships door het bijhouden en managen van een actieve pipeline, prioriteren van acties gericht op business impact en het proactief updaten van alle stakeholders en management;
  • Het bewaken & tracken van KPI's per Key Account, incl het monitoren van dashboards en rapportages, alsmede verantwoordelijkheid voor de opvolging van acties en P&L management;
  • Het vergroten van merk zichtbaarheid en het implementeren van relevante marketing en sales activiteiten op onze Key Accounts, op basis van beschikbare tools en concepten;
  • Up to date houden en verstrekken van periodieke (CRM) dasboards wat betreft capaciteit, resultaten, conclusies en follow-up.

  • Afgeronde hbo/wo Master opleiding (sales & marketing) of gelijkwaardig door relevante werkervaring;
  • Meer dan 6 jaar relevante Sales ervaring in Key Accountmanagement met acquisitie focus, bij voorkeur binnen een FMCG- of B2B (OOH) omgeving;
  • Excellente skills in senior relationship management, met een breed scala aan stakeholders incl C-level. In staat te verbinden met stakeholders binnen diverse industrieën, incl. schakelen tussen strategisch en operationeel accountmanagement;
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in Value Selling incl. onderhandelen en implementatie van full venue concepten;
  • (Project) management ervaring, incl. Customer P&L management, is een vereiste voor deze rol;
  • Uitstekende beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal (C1 level);
  • Enthousiast over koffie en duurzaamheid.
