    We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our company. You would be a part of a growing Product Development team, working closely with product owners, developers and other members of the team. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Designer with an extraordinary Product and UX vision to help us maintain a user-centric approach in our product development flow.

    The ideal candidate has user empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficient in a fast-paced environment like ours. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our product has a great UX and will translate conceptual ideas and interaction flows into intuitive and functional designs.

    Role and responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to plan and execute product improvements
  • Implement a clear user flows to ensure high-quality solutions for complex design roadblocks
  • Create solid user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Create clear documentation
  • Advocate for users, deeply understanding their goals and pains
  • Implement user research, mapping prototypes, testing them and then implementing the results
  • Collaborate with product management on product discovery
  • Deliver state-of-the-art user interface designs

    We expect that you:
  • Have 5+ years of experience as a (Senior) Product Designer
  • Have working knowledge of one or more design tools (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
  • Be fluent in English
  • Have great communication skills and be able to present your decisions and work with various stakeholders (POs, engineers, other designers etc);
  • Be creative and curious, always up-to-date with trends, techniques, and tools
  • Are familiar HTML and CSS
  • Have experience working within agile teams
  • Be able to work independently
