- Lead the design, development, and testing of state-of-the-art optical communication systems, including laser-based communication technologies and optical networks.
- Develop optical architectures and designs to meet performance, reliability, and cost objectives.
- Utilize simulation tools and modeling techniques to optimize optical components and systems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate optical systems into overall product designs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Optics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in optical system design, including expertise in laser optics, optical modulation, and photonic components.
- Proficiency in optical design software (e.g., Zemax, Code V) and simulation tools.
- Strong understanding of optical communication principles and technologies.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
