Then, this internship could be interesting for you

Background information:

ASML's Development & Engineering (D&E) sector is responsible for the specification, design and integration of the ASML machines.

In this sector, the department of Machine Conditioning (MC), specifies, designs and does the functional integration of the various (sub-)modules and architectures related to the flow and thermal domains.

The department consists of discipline
- and function-oriented groups where emphasis lies on particular knowledge/skills, architecture or modules in ASML machines.

Your assignment:

The purpose of this internship is about developing an employee handbook for project managers at ASML to accelerate their learning journey.

This handbook has to include all necessary knowledge to equip a project manager and to facilitate success on the job.

More specifically, we seek to find out about available information from current onboarding processes, tools, and trainings and determine how to integrate them optimally and comprehensibly within a handbook.

While doing so, certain knowledge gaps will be discovered, necessitating additional steps to fulfill them.

Therefore, some of your tasks to accomplish this assignment may include:

Reach out to project managers and collect information on processes and way of working;
Find the relationship between existing information and define the gaps;
Put the pieces of information spread across the company together in a handbook;
Present the handbook to the relevant stakeholders.

Your profile:

To be a perfect match for this internship, you:

Are a bachelor or master student in Industrial Engineering, Business, Management or in a related field;
Are communicative and proactive with a creative mindset;
Have an affinity with learning and knowledge management;
Have good communication skills in English (verbal and written).

This is an internship with a minimum duration of 5 months, working 4-5 days a week. The start date is September 2024.

Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at a school for the entire duration of the internship.
