Global head of delivery transformation - Eviden                                                     2020-present

As global head of cybersecurity delivery transformation I’m responsible to identify opportunities in all countries where Atos operates to transform an existing local cybersecurity delivery into a service delivered from one of the Global Delivery Centers. Such an opportunity could be transforming a local legacy type of SOC or newly acquired company SOC to a global delivered MDR service, transforming firewall management from a local delivery with an agreed amount of people to a global service based on SLA’s and many other cases.

Services in scope: Security Operations Center (SOC), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Managed Detection and Response (MDR), Next Generation Firewall (NGFW), Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI), Vulnerability Management Service (VMS), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Endpoint Protection Platforms (EPP), Network Detection & Response (NDR).

Achievements:

• Completed the transformation of +10 SOC’s to global MDR delivery. With this I achieved a saving of +€15M and improved customer satisfaction
• Completed transformation of local managed security services to global delivery. With this I achieved a saving of +€2M and improved customer satisfaction

Global head of CERT – Atos                                                                                           2019-2020

As global head of the Atos CERT I’m responsible to develop, deploy and maintain the strategy for the CERT services.

The Atos CERT team is specialized to effectively detect, prevent and handle computer security incidents around the globe, for customers and Atos.

Global head of the CSIRT, Threat Intelligence and endpoint & perimeter protection SOC. Overall responsible for the performance of the teams, the service and the suppliers. Interface to executive management levels. Leading strategic initiatives in relation to portfolio development, innovation and improvements.

Landscape size is approximately 1 million endpoints and the related perimeter protection in 15 countries.
