    Als Sales Executive ben jij bezig met relaties opbouwen en onderhouden met potentiële accounts binnen Nederland voor de MICE, Corporate Groups en Transient segmenten voor Hotel Des Indes. Hierbij ben je proactief bezig om nieuwe contacten te benaderen en de markt te analyseren waar de nieuwe kansen liggen. Op een creatieve en persoonlijke manier weet jij Hotel Des Indes te verkopen aan de juiste doelgroepen.

    Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

    o Het opbouwen en onderhouden van potentiële contacten binnen de volgende segmenten in de Nederlandse markt:

    • MICE
    • Corporate Groups en Transient

    o Behalen van de gestelde doelen, uitbreiden van de database

    o Proactief nieuwe accounts benaderen en bezoeken, waarbij je ze een introductie geeft over Hotel Des Indes en de belevingen en mogelijkheden die wij kunnen bespreekt.

    o Het ontvangen van potentiële relaties en het verzorgen van rondleidingen.

    o Het organiseren en uitvoeren van Sales Blitzes, waarbij op een creatieve manier ons hotel gepresenteerd wordt.

    o Het organiseren van FAM trips, gericht op de benoemde segmenten.

    o Op wekelijkse basis rapporteren van ontwikkelingen en nieuwe potentiële accounts.

    o Het delen van marktkennis en trends in de markt

    o Het voorbereiden, onderhandelen en afsluiten van nieuwe contracten.

    o Het maandelijks rapporteren van voortgang, actiepunten en resultaten.

    o Algehele ondersteuning van activiteiten van het commerciële team.

    Functie eisen:

    · Uitstekende beheersing Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift

    · Ervaring in commerciële rol met voorkeur binnen de hotellerie

    · Beheersing Microsoft Office en Opera-systeem is een pré

    · Afgeronde HBO-opleiding
