• Leading a multidisciplinary department with several engineering teams, in charge of the design, build and operations of multiple Data-Centers; serving both internal and outsourced teams across Europe, US and India. 
• Supporting all business units in delivering new product and service developments, including Video, Broadband, Network, Mobile and B2B.
• Directing end-to-end operations of the Technology Center, having overall budget accountability and maintaining maximum cost competitiveness. 
• Executing multiple transformations over the years to match the changing needs of the business, including team restructuring and re-focusing, deploying new processes and systems, tooling and quality improvements.
• Delivering multiple data center consolidations and migrations, from inception through execution to operation, while keeping business interruption/impact to a minimum.
• Developing Lab-as-a-Service (LaaS), Labs as a CSP (Cloud Service Provider) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategies, comprising methodology, process, inventory, configuration and code management tools, to automate delivery, provide environment (self-) service and optimize capacity usage.
• Maintaining 99.98% uptime and other targeted KPIs on all managed networks and foundation services, improving operational performance.
