    Dit ga je doen

    Als Supply Chain Assistant stuur je de leveranciers van het UMC Utrecht aan. Je zet aanvragen van klanten door naar orders, je beheert de voorraden voor de magazijnen, bewaakt de levertijden, controleert de facturen en maakt rapportages. Dit doe je allemaal data gedreven, dus goede kennis van logistiek en logistieke informatievoorziening is een vereiste voor de functie. Daarnaast ben je communicatief vaardig. Data zal immers geïnterpreteerd en gedeeld moeten worden, met als doel de juiste goederen op het juiste moment op de juiste plaats geleverd te krijgen. Hiervoor is afstemming met collega's, ketenpartners, leveranciers en interne klanten net zo belangrijk als een kloppende rapportage.

    Het cluster Logistiek is onderdeel van het Facilitair Bedrijf van het UMC Utrecht. Het verzorgt het vervoer van patiënten binnen het ziekenhuis, de ontvangst en verzending van post, ontvangst, opslag en interne distributie van ingekochte goederen, intern transport van medicatie, linnen, voeding, stikstof en instrumentarium en verwijdering van afval vanuit het UMC Utrecht.

    Als Supply Chain Assistant ga je aan de slag bij het team ondersteuning. Dit team verzorgt de (administratieve) ondersteuning van het cluster, met datamanagement, materiaalbeheer, leveranciersmanagement en managementrapportage als resultaatgebieden.

    Dit neem je mee

  • Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding Logistiekmanagement op mbo- of hbo-niveau.
  • Je hebt kennis van ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur SAP.
  • Je bent vaardig in het verwerken van data, maar hebt ook de communicatieve vaardigheden om interne klanten en leveranciers in beweging te krijgen.
  • Je vindt het prettig om ondersteunend bezig te zijn en werkt graag samen in een team.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en kwaliteitsgericht en je kunt je zowel mondeling als schriftelijk goed uitdrukken in de Nederlandse taal.

  • Een salaris tussen de €2819 en €3772 bruto per maand (schaal 7), op basis van een fulltime dienstverband (36 uur)
  • Een arbeidsovereenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd.
  • Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,3% en vakantietoeslag van 8%.
