We are on the lookoutfor a versatile E-commerce Operations Coordinator who thrives inmanaging back-office coordination, e-commerce applications, anddata control. This unique role is perfect for those passionateabout photography, technology, and enhancing customer experiencesonline.

    Your job as an E-commerceOperations Coordinator:
    In thismultifaceted role, you'll be at the convergence of operations,e-commerce, and data management, supporting our dynamic marketing,sales, and product management teams. Your contributions willdirectly impact the online presence and customer engagementby:

    • acting as primary support of theD2C call center team.
    • assisting the e-commercemarketing specialist by setting up the promotions and vouchers inthe E-commerce Backoffice
    • providecomprehensive back-office support, including data entry,accounting, logistics, and orderprocessing.
    • ensuring operational excellence by troubleshooting andresolving platform issues, thereby enhancing the e-commerce backendsystem.

    What Do YouBring to the Table?
    We are looking for apositive and driven person with eCommerce experience. You are partof a growing eCommerce business and you work in close collaborationwith the SAP application team, Digital Marketing coordinators,Product Managers and local countries for the maintenance of theproduct, customer and promotional data. This role should beapproached with an attitude of strong service and support towardsend customers, other departments and the local countries.

    • A strong background in eCommerce, businessadministration, or related fields.
    • Provenexperience in managing product data, with a solid understanding ofe-commerce technologies like Optimizely or SAP Hybris, and familiarwith SAP ERP systems.
    • Analytical skills tocreatively and systematically solve problems, with acustomer-centric and result-oriented mindset.
    • Excellent communication skills in English; additionallanguages are a plus.
