Passionate and driven people manager in the field of Global Retail, Innovation and (Sport) Fashion. Due to my background in Finance and different Retail Operation roles within the fashion and technology industry in start-up or established companies, I can easily recognize the links between different departments on a local and global level. I am customer and result oriented and work highly accurate, which ensures that I deliver good work for my stakeholders with a high service level. Coaching others and recognizing missing links within the organization are part of my strongest capabilities. 

• Taking the lead in Retail department restructuring, as due to the huge sales growth of the past years and more than doubling the Retail footprint globally a new structure for future growth was needed.
• Builded out the team with an extra area manager layer for the Dutch, German, US and ‘other’ markets to ensure increased performance, employee engagement and customer satisfaction in all locations globally. 
• Key hiring manager for the Retail business to attract talent and create an internal career path to grow our talents within Retail or coach them towards several HQ positions.
• Successfully launched our new SA5 bikes in our Retail locations with testrides and outperformed conversion rates versus previous bike launches at VanMoof.
• Frequent store visits globally to ensure our stores and customer service are up to vanMoof standards, motivate teams and get a sense of the e-bike development in the different cities.

• First point of contact for the 19 Retail locations (4 US stores, 1 JP store, 13 EU stores & 1 UK store). Recruited and onboarded 11 new location managers over the past 6 months with 10 new store openings. The main goal of the roll-out in the new cities is to increase the service level for our local riders (Customer service, Sales and Repairs). 
• Builded the Retail Operations team (5 direct reports in the field of Retail training, Retail Systems and Retail operations) to ensure our stores run in a most efficient and effective way. 
• Building communication and process bridges between the different departments, mainly focussed on the Retail organization - Bike Doctor operations, Fulfillment, Marketing and People team as key departments to support our store managers locally. 
• Due to the fast growing pace of the company and the teams, I am involved in several company wide projects, examples are store fulfillment & several product launches.
