    Our client is a growing organization in the logistics and transportation industry.

    They are looking for 3 Operations Coordinators due to business expansion.

    As an Operation Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless logistics operations, exceeding customer expectations, and optimizing efficiency.

    • Facilitate communication between customers and warehouse for timely and high-quality deliveries.
    • Work closely with the Operational Manager, coordinating with internal teams and external partners in Amsterdam.

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver excellent customer service by addressing needs and resolving issues efficiently.
    • Manage order processing to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
    • Monitor and optimize inventory levels to meet demand effectively.
    • Plan and manage logistics operations, including transportation and task assignments.
    • Provide performance reports and address operational challenges proactively.

    Ideal Candidate

    • Excellent bilingual communication skills in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
    • Prior experience in logistics, warehouse management, transportation, or supply chain.
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
    • Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
    • Ability to work well under pressure.

    Work Arrangement

    This full-time role from Mondays to Fridays is based in Amsterdam.

    Offer

    • One-year contract with potential for a permanent position.
