As Chief of Staff for AXA XL Benelux, you will act within a multinational and dynamic environment as a key advisor and sounding board for the Country Leader – working closely with the local Leadership Team, ensuring delivery of the branch's strategic objectives and operational plan.

As part of the core responsibilities you will proactively identify and manage strategic and operational business topics that require Country Manager's attention, decision making and implementation, ensuring effective involvement of the Leadership Team. You will also collaborate with your regional counterparts and other senior leaders across the organization, including APAC & Europe Strategic Business Unit (SBU). Main stakeholders you will manage will be Heads of Professional Families and their Direct Reports (at branch and SBU level) as well as Chief of Staff and Strategy roles at APAC & Europe SBU level.

Your scope for this role will be strategy, governance, PMO, business analytics, client & broker analytics support.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

· Be the link between Country Manager and local Leadership Team, sometimes representing Country Manager at different meetings, or providing guidance on his behalf on major initiatives involving the branch.

· Strategy: orchestrate the country's strategic agenda, leading the development, implementation, and monitoring of local Go-to-Market objectives and operational plans. Proactively identify and address items that require the Country Manager's or the local Leadership Team's attention.

· PMO: drive the implementation of local projects from inception to completion, ranging from Organizational change to HR/Culture transformation related efforts.

· Governance: facilitate effective collaboration between local functions through management committees, ensuring appropriate participation and comprehensive coverage of relevant topics.

· Business analytics: provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making across all functions. Conduct comprehensive data analysis for client segments, brokers or markets, next to providing training/support on available applications to make sure relevant information is leveraged.

· Communications: create impactful presentations and other communication materials, including Country QBRs, Executive Committee updates and local Town Halls. Make sure consistent and relevant messaging across all mediums, fostering engagement with relevant stakeholders.

You will report to the Country Manager Benelux and you'll be part of the local Leadership Team.

We're looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

Required Skills and Abilities:

· Bachelor's level graduate showcasing effective analytical and strategic skills

· Fluent in English, both written and spoken

· We are open to candidates in earlier stages of their career, with some experience preferably within a financial services firm combined with the right skillset and mindset

· Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint, enabling effective data analysis and presentation creation

· Demonstrates autonomy and ownership in their work approach

· Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders of varying seniority levels, make recommendations and influence on Senior Management

· Adept in time management, organizational abilities and multi-tasking

· Results-driven and committed to efficient execution

· Ability to uphold strict confidentiality standards

· Displays adaptability and flexibility with capacity to build bridges, essential for thriving in a matrix international environment with evolving responsibilities

· Live and feel customer focus

· Brave and Integrity in the way of doing business and work with all colleagues/stakeholders

· Smart working mindset, being effective in the new hybrid remote and physical work environment
