This role will be required to be based in Amsterdam given its requirement to work very closely with our CEO who is Amsterdam based. We would be open to support relocation for the right candidate.
We're looking for a dynamic and highly collaborative Chief of Staff to support our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). You will partner with him and his Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to drive ambitious strategic initiatives across all areas of the business. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day facilitation of key company-wide operations and for overseeing the efficiency and effectiveness of the CEO's team, thereby enabling the CEO to focus on the largest strategic initiatives.
This is not an administrative position—it is a highly strategic and facilitative role that requires a combination of focus and flexibility. You must enjoy working and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve buy-in and drive organization-wide impact.
You will:
Organize and plan departmental and company initiatives, ensuring the CEO always has a high-level overview of the status of critical initiatives.
Own and deliver strategic organization-wide projects from start to finish.
Establish channels of communication and alignment across the organization to identify any issues that would prevent us from progressing towards our strategic objectives. You will ensure that these issues are resolved by proactively offering support through processes, tools, and facilitation.
Collaborate cross functionally to unblock, unlock and drive change, pushing forward projects / initiatives and ensuring the teams are meeting the targets and are on track for key initiatives.
Interface with leaders across the company to drive prompt and data-driven decisions on key topics.
Prepare, edit, and review communications/presentations at key internal meetings and events (leadership meetings, all hands, and other team-wide strategy discussions), as well as Board materials. You will develop effective strategic communication materials and establish well-designed communication channels and templates.
Strategically manage the CEO's time by evaluating priorities and opportunities to create focus.
You have:
4+ years of experience in management consulting, or equivalent experience in a role for a technology company (e.g., Business Operations, Strategy, Product, Tech or other).
Experience in a high-growth startup environment is preferred.
Hands-on experience with the design and/or implementation of strategic projects in a complex stakeholder landscape.
Demonstrated record of problem-solving and analytical skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
You are:

You know how to influence without power and have excellent communication skills as well as well-developed political antennae.
You always keep your eye on the bigger picture, but at the same time are willing to roll up your sleeves to move a project forward.

You are flexible in the way you work and interact with people. You enjoy supporting as well as driving processes, and you easily tailor your approach as circumstances require.
You have the ability to guide, coach and advise at all organizational levels to drive strategy into effective and efficient execution
