    Global Partner Operations Manager (EOR) - Europe at RemotePass

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a driven and results-oriented EOR Partner Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing our network of partners and vendors, ensuring smooth and compliant EOR operations through them. You will be responsible for onboarding new partners, overseeing daily activities, monitoring SLA performance levels and compliance, and resolving any operational challenges. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong communication, problem-solving, understanding of EOR and payroll operations and organizational skills. You will work closely with internal teams, including sales, legal, employee experience, payroll and compliance, to ensure successful partner integration and delivery of exceptional EOR services.

    **The ideal candidate should be located in Eastern Europe

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage partner operations, ensuring adherence to service level agreements, compliance regulations, and company standards.
    • Onboard new partners, facilitating their understanding of our processes and platform.
    • Oversee daily partner activities, providing guidance and support to resolve operational issues.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner performance and client satisfaction.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of partner operations.
    • Analyze data and trends to identify potential risks and opportunities related to partner performance.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, EOR operations (payroll, customer experience, legal) to address partner-related inquiries and concerns.
    • Incorporate industry trends and best practices in EOR and partner management.

    Qualifications :

    • 3-5 years of experience in a related role, such as partner, account, or operations management.
    • Strong understanding of Global Payroll & EOR services and the complexities of managing global employment operations.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Proficient in project management methodologies and able to use data analysis tools.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
