- Overseeing all daily operations in the front office, leading and managing a high-performing sales trading- and brokerage team, setting clear targets, and meeting commercial KPIs;
- Motivating and teaching the our sales-traders to get the most out of them on a daily basis;
- Developing and implementing the overall commercial strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives;
- Utilizing market insights to identify new business opportunities and adapting the commercial strategy accordingly;
- Staying up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to enhance strategic decision-making;
- Collaborating closely with departments, such as risk management and compliance, to ensure commercial activities comply with regulations and company policies;
- Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators to assess team performance and enhance top line growth;
- Having a direct reporting line to the CEO to enable informed decision-making.
- MSc degree with excellent grades in Economics, Business, Finance, or related fields;
- 5+ years of experience in executive leadership roles;
- Proven track record in financial markets (Brokerage industry being a big plus);
- Excellent leadership skills and team management capabilities;
- Energetic persona with natural leadership qualities;
- Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues;
- Solid grasp of data analysis, strategic thinking and performance metrics;
- Thrives in setting up initiatives from scratch with a proactive mindset;
- Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues;
- Dynamic and rock-solid character adaptable to changes in the market, regulatory environment, and internal business strategies;
- Fluent in English; additional proficiency in French or Dutch is a plus;
- Ability to commute daily to our office in the heart of Amsterdam.

About the role
As the Chief Commercial Officer at OTC Flow, you will play an important role in shaping and executing the commercial strategy of the company. On daily basis you will be responsible for leading the entire front-office consisting of different product desks. You are responsible for driving revenue growth, and fostering strong relationships with OTC's clients and partners.
