- You are responsible for proper order review, order entry, order acknowledgements, archiving and preparation of shipments, invoicing for pump repairs, pump upgrades and (field) service activities.
- Handling of an assistance to large Frame Agreements, Contracts and quotations are in scope too.
- Next to this you will make the calculations for the field service activities and preparations for quotations.
- As Trade Compliance Coordinator responsible for advice and correct administration of all Import and Trade Compliance related topics in the Pump QRC.
- You will work on and give assistance and advice for large contracts and quotes and execute month end closing activities.
- You will assist the Shipping Coordinator with the preparation of shipments.
- The Contracts Administrator reports to the Manager Operational Support.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
- This position requires 3 – 5 years working experience in a similar position.
- You have an excellent command of the the Dutch and English language.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Extended knowledge of Microsoft office programs and ERP systems.
- Elementary knowledge of customs and taxation rules and regulations.
- It is a big advantage if you speak the German and/or French language.
- Ability to continuously improve the processes within his responsibility.
- Able to communicate at all levels in the organization.
- Show energy, ownership and personal commitment to the work and work environment.

Role Summary:As a Contract Administrator at Flowserve you will, within a team of 5 colleagues, collaborate closely with the Project Coordinator, Customer Service Representatives and external clients. You will make sure all orders, contracts and documents are checked and approved. A very exciting job with responsibility that oversees multiple processes and departments.
