Role Overview:

As a Finance and Business Intern at Fooditive Group, you will gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning within a fast-paced biotech environment.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our Finance Manager and other departments, providing valuable insights and support for our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis: Assist in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing recommendations to improve financial performance.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the development of budgets and financial forecasts, monitoring variances, and identifying areas for improvement.

Accounts Management: Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.

Financial Reporting: Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Data Management: Maintain and update financial databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Cost Analysis: Assist in analyzing costs and preparing cost-benefit analysis reports to support decision-making processes.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the finance team, including document preparation, filing, and other related tasks.


Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with financial software is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
• A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Must be eligible to legally live and work in the Netherlands.
