    This role is part of our Brand and Advertising team based in Amsterdam. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Brand Strategists, Creatives, and Influencer Marketers to Account managers, Producers, and Video editors. As a creative digital marketing agency, we mix old-fashioned creative storytelling with the best of what today's technology has to offer to deliver exceptional and engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Bol and Philips to name a few.

    JOB PURPOSE

    This role is part of our social creative team. We deliver quality content across all social channels that is platform-first, engaging and always on trend. The team is small but growing and incredibly versatile & talented. The Social Creatives are responsible for ideating, creating and posting the most engaging and on trend social content for a range of well known clients for the Dutch market. The position will be servicing the likes of; Philips, Grolsch, Viper, Peroni and bol, Blue Band

    You'll be a culture-obsessed creative, ready to come up with eye-catching organic and paid social ideas that are designed to be discovered in the fyp and beyond. Your ideas will connect brands to communities and culture - not just adding to the noise, but building and creating real connections and driving engagement around organic social content.

    You'll bring experience from a social role in-house, or in agency and be able to sell your ideas with flair. You'll be able to demonstrate this with experience including concepting, presenting with confidence and backing up your ideas with strategic insights, trends and data.

    This role requires concepting, social shoots, video production, editing, storyboarding, reactive cultural content and copywriting so it goes without saying that you'll know the latest 'creator coded' social trends before anyone else does – and understand how to spin those insights into compelling social-first content.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver stand out ideas for organic + paid social (planned and reactive) that connects brands to communities and culture
  • Present your ideas succinctly and with confidence to clients
  • Concept, storyboard and write copy to bring your creative ideas to life
  • View creative with a strategic mindset pulling in social trends, data and insights
  • Attend social-first shoots
  • Use data to optimise and improve social content each month
  • Create all content to a brand's TOV
  • Work collaboratively to create high-quality social content

  • Fluent in Dutch and Dutch culture
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in social-first ideas, concepting, copywriting and production
  • Experience in using cultural trends and insights to create compelling social-first content
  • Strong presentation skills
