    Beschrijving

    Als System Administrator kom je te werken op een enthousiaste IT afdeling, waar samenwerking, flexibiliteit en open communicatie centraal staan.

    In deze functie start je de dag met de overdracht van de voorgaande dienst waarin de lopende issues en hoge prio incidenten doorgesproken worden. Gevolgd door een vast onderdeel, namelijk de daily checks en het opstellen van de shiftoverdracht. Jouw dienst is vanaf de start uitdagend. Zo worden vanuit de Process Controllers Equipment de operationele verstoringen gemeld en komen gebruikers binnen met een grote diversiteit aan vragen. De 1e lijn neemt de service requests en incidenten aan en wanneer zij de rechten niet hebben of de prio te hoog is, zetten zij het incident door naar jou als System administrator. Door jouw oplossend vermogen en stressbestendigheid analyseer je snel wat het probleem is en beoordeel je de prioriteit. Op die manier los jij 90% van de incidenten op.

    Wanneer het een operationele storing is en deze niet binnen een bepaalde tijd opgelost kan worden, ben je het aanspreekpunt binnen het escalatieproces en schakel je met de 3de lijn/ leverancier en escalatiemanager en werk je samen naar de oplossing. Als de oplossing gevonden is, log je de gegevens in het ticketsysteem en zet je deze waar nodig om in een werkinstructie op een IT wiki pagina.

    Naast de lopende incidenten werk je ook aan één van de vele projecten. Deze projecten lopen uiteen van het inrichten van een nieuw monitoring systeem, VMware omgeving tot aan het vervangen van de operationele industrial computers. Geen project is te groot voor jou.



    Functie-eisen
    • Je beschikt minimaal over een afgeronde opleiding MBO 4 richting IT;
    • Je hebt ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol;
    • Je hebt ruime ervaring met VMware, Microsoft Windows server en Active Directory;
    • Je hebt kennis van de gehele IT infrastructuur;
    • Je bent in het bezit van Microsoft certificaten minimaal MCSA bij voorkeur MCSE;
    • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal zowel in woord als geschrift;
    • Je bent klantgericht, probleemoplossend, je hebt overtuigingskracht en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden;
    • Je bent bereid om in ploegendiensten te werken (24 x 7 omgeving);
    • Je presteert goed onder druk en je weet op de juiste momenten te escaleren.
