    Did you ever wonder how companies in the Netherlands make investments? ING Business Lending is here to support thousands of Dutch businesses with lending products totaling around 60 billion, enabling them to invest and expand their operations. Alongside providing lending assets, we also manage collaterals and covenants to mitigate risks. Are you the one to assist in optimizing the management and monitoring of these collaterals and covenants to support our clients while minimizing risks?

    Role and Responsibilities

    As a Customer Journey Expert (CJE), you will collaborate with fellow CJE's and IT engineers to oversee covers as a focal point between the market, clients, sales, and internal parties like Credit Risk, Finance, Compliance, and IT. Your tasks will include:

    • Driving the delivery of the new target covers system (Feniks)
    • Defining and prioritizing requirements for the migration
    • Communicating with stakeholders and users about the migration
    • Owning risk management related to the migration
    • Handling daily queries and requests related to the migration
    • Identifying and resolving process/system enhancements for customer experience and team efficiency
    • Liaising with involved stakeholders
    • Contributing to the product management vision, plans, and execution

    Your Work Environment

    The team manages the collaterals and covenants system for Business Lending NL and ultimately for the entire Domestic Bank NL. Operating within the Product Management & Systems team, you will collaborate with various Business and IT teams focusing on Collaterals and Account Engines. The market environment is professional and heavily regulated, demanding continuous knowledge gathering and understanding.

    Skills Required

    If you're the right fit, we expect you to be naturally curious, eager to learn, and responsible. You should be enthusiastic, result-oriented, and enjoy working in an international setting. Strong analytical skills, the ability to handle regulatory regulations, and a passion for creating customer-centric solutions are key. Additionally, you should have:

    • 3+ years of banking experience
    • Background in finance, knowledge, and experience in business lending
    • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics
    • Proactive mindset and willingness to build up knowledge
    • Ability to challenge the status quo and propose creative solutions
    • Fluency in Dutch and English
